June 21, 2007 Annual Banquet Dinner

The 2007 AMRA Annual Board of Directors meeting ended on a piratical note as they all washed up on the shores of the VFW Post 125 for some hearty grub and some hidden treasure! It was the perfect setting for the dinner; as we were served we were reminded by the names on the walls of folks like you, the ones we serve!

Every good deed deserves a treat, and our hardworking Board Members really put the effort in this year, making some wonderful improvements for AMRA. Greeting each at their table place was this lovely commemoration of the day.

This jolly prank commemorated last year's "Series of Unfortunate Catering Incidents" and elicited a great deal of laughter when Board Members realized they would indeed get a good hot meal on our shores!

What a surprise to find out that Board Member Cathy LaValle has an "inner Pirate"! She wears it well!

The Door Prize Crew had an especially "Scurvy" attitude as (left to right) Mates Crystal Mang, Kathy Baumgarten and "Cap'n Matt Dillon" prepare to raffle off their stash of "Booty".

"Come Aboard, if Ye Dare"! "Cap'n Matt" called winners up to walk the plank and claim their door prizes.
